We are always expanding our staff to include some of the most talented investigators in the industry.  At the present time (June 2011) our staff is made up of:   2 registered nurses, a nurse anethetist, a law student, 2 licensed claim adjusters, an educator, 2 retired police officers, a deputy chief firefighter, a paralegal and a video tech specialist:

 

Ellen has more than 26 years of multi claims experience.  Her professional background and expertise are in risk management, medical malpractice, casualty and products liability, and trial preparation/litigation support.  She started her investigative career with FOJP Service Corporation, moved on to J.J. Fletcher Co. and was a principal and one of the founding members of Acclaim Investigation Services, LLC.  Ellen is a licensed registered nurse, a licensed claim adjuster, a notary, a NYS Private Investigator and a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC).  She holds a B.S. Degree from Mount Saint Vincent College graduating Sum Cum Laude and received the Excellence in Nursing award.
